Dr Awad has been understanding and helped greatly with pain management. I trust him implicitly with his diagnosis of ailments and if hospital appointments need to be made they are set up immediately. I feel at ease to discuss any problems health or otherwise, he always listens? The whole staff in the Melrose Medical Centre are a good caring team and I cannot think of any suggestions which would improve greater care to me personally

I have recently joined this practice after relocating to billingham. I have been to see both doctors on a number of occasions, I am very happy with the the doctors at this practice. Dr awad and Dr Goddard , they are caring helpful and understanding and very easy to talk to. Also the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall rating is 10 out of 10.

It's always a pleasure to visit the practise, staff are always very friendly. You don't have to wait to long for appointments and if you need to see a doctor ASAP You will be seen or a telephone appointment will be available. It's a family friendly practice.

I was given an appointment at a suitable time and was seen promptly. The doctor was kind and sympathetic and showed real concern for my health and welfare. I would not hesitate to recommend the doctor to others.
